FAQ:
Female only for each room. Each tenant has their own individual lease.
All bedrooms are single occupancy (yes, even for the ones with queen size bed).
See floor plan and pictures. They show each bedroom's location, and how each room is is furnished.
We look for clean, quiet, mature and responsible female residents. We expects residents to respect each other and the space. No drama.
All tenants share common chores such as taking garbage cans out to streets on garage collection day, keep all shared space clean.
No smoking of any kind inside or outside the house. No alcohol.
Friends are welcome to visit, but no loud parties, no overnight guest stays without prior explicit approval from landlord. Exceptions could be made only for for family visiting from out of town.
No pets are allowed. No exceptions.
Tenant is welcome to use the pool.
All bedrooms are furnished. If you are bringing in any of your furniture, please get explicit approval first.
Please wear inside only shoes while in the house to protect the floor.
